A Newport youngster has earned a medal in a national trampolining competition.
Eleri Davies from Usk Valley Trampoline Club earned a silver team medal at the British Schools Trampoline Championships in Hinckley in January, after qualifying from the Welsh Schools Championships.
Now, she will compete in the British Schools Trampoline Finals in Derby Arena.
Eleri represented St Julian’s in Newport in the elite category, with a team of three.
A statement from the club said: "The club wishes her every success in the final round where the team will be competing against the very best qualifiers in the country."
